Team culture fit used to be a Luxury. Now it is the only true source of success. Tech Stacks and AI are not what build great solutions, people are. The hiring process of the past decade, especially in Software, is now completely turned on its head. The number of years on specific tech and skills was always a flawed metric, but it was the one people could reason about the easiest. And this flawed approach was "Good Enough".

But it is not Good Enough anymore, and thus we have returned to the wild west of hiring yet again.

For the first time we will host the Elixir Berlin Meetup.

With Dominik Letz - long term betahaus member - you have the possibility to talk about Elixir, your last unfinished project and other Elixir related topics.

If you're new to the community the best way to introduce yourself is to submit a talk.
