Team culture fit used to be a Luxury. Now it is the only true source of success. Tech Stacks and AI are not what build great solutions, people are. The hiring process of the past decade, especially in Software, is now completely turned on its head. The number of years on specific tech and skills was always a flawed metric, but it was the one people could reason about the easiest. And this flawed approach was "Good Enough".

But it is not Good Enough anymore, and thus we have returned to the wild west of hiring yet again.

A monthly chance to slow down before heading home. 🌿

After a day of meetings, deadlines, and screen time, it can be surprisingly hard to switch off. Join us for a 45-minute guided session designed to help you leave work behind and ease into your evening.

Each session offers a different combination of breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle relaxation practices to help calm your nervous system and release the tension that builds up throughout the day. Whether you've tried these techniques before or are simply curious, you're very welcome to join.

This last summer session includes:
A guided breathwork journey followed by progressive muscle relaxation and sound.

The sessions are hosted by Ling Shi, a burnout and women's health coach and holistic wellbeing practitioner based in Berlin. Her approach combines nervous system science with Eastern practices in a practical and down-to-earth way.

No experience is needed, and you don't need to bring any equipment—just come as you are.

We'll meet in the Panorama Event Space on the 2nd floor at betahaus Moritzplatz.

Berlin's Deep Tech Ecosystem is thin on the one thing hardware needs most: space to test things in the real world. On the site of the former Tegel airport, an innovation district is being built where drone and automation technologies, new materials and urban systems are developed and tested in Urban Living Lab conditions with a huge potential for scaling and growth for our residents. You'll hear about where Urban Tech Republic stands today, what they are building next, and why they organise the site around technology clusters and their current 40 resident startups scaleups and companies.

For the first time we will host the Elixir Berlin Meetup.
