Sometimes the hardest part of strategy isn’t finding more information — it’s making sense of everything you already know.

At this betabreakfast, we’ll explore Strategic Canvas, a facilitated strategy process that helps teams bring complexity into focus, align different perspectives and turn strategic questions into a shared visual framework.

The idea is simple: while analysis helps us understand the present, creativity helps us shape what comes next. Strategic Canvas brings these two sides together through dialogue, visual thinking and “thinking with the pen” — making ideas visible, tangible and easier to discuss.

And this won’t just be a talk about the method. We’ll try it together. Leokadija will guide us through the process and we’ll test Strategic Canvas live on a business case.

Whether you work on strategy every day or simply have a complex question you’re currently trying to untangle, come by, grab some breakfast and see what happens when you put the pen to it.
